	History: Jay is the anchor at Northern Title.  He’s been in the real estate business for 22 years and in the title business for 20.  He knows virtually every aspect of the business inside and out.  Jay enjoys dealing with customers and clients and especially enjoys closing transactions for people.  Jay also has tremendous experience in handling IRS Section 1031 exchanges—the more complicated they are, the more he likes them.

	History:  Doak has  worked in the real estate field for the last 15 years and lived throughout  the western United States. Doak joined Northern Title in April of 2000. "It has been a great challenge opening the Preston office and watching it grow." Doak does both Title and Escrow work. "Sitting down to a closing with a first time home buyer is by far the most rewarding aspect of my duties!"

	History: Marianne joined Northern Title in March of 2006.  After working as a Personal Banker for 8 months she is very excited to be back in the Title Insurance Industry.  She has a strong background in Title Insurance having been in the industry for over 10 years.  Title Insurance presents a new challenge each and every day.  Every piece of property is different in its own way and creates a challenge of its own.  She is a native of Sweetwater County having lived in Rock Springs and Green River for 40+ years.  She enjoys working with her co-workers with as well as the individual bankers and realtors.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

	History: Andrea has lived in the Green River, Rock Springs area for over 30 years.  Before coming to Northern Title she was employed with US Bank for 41/2 years as a Personal Banker and before that she was a closing agent at a local title company for several years.  She enjoys working with real estate transactions, especially closings.  "They are my specialty”.  She has excellent communication skills and a positive and fun sense of humor.  "I look forward to giving Northern Title my all”.

	History:  Joy joined Northern Title in September 2006.  She is very excited to be a part of the team.  She enjoys working with her co-workers as they are a lot of fun.  This is a totally different line of work than what she is used to.  She views it as a challenge and is looking forward to learning new things.  Before coming to Northern Title, Joy worked with the elderly for four and a half years.  She has lived in Wyoming all her life.  When she is not working she spends time with her family four-wheeling or camping.  Her family is her life.
