	History: Jay is the anchor at Northern Title.  He’s been in the real estate business for 22 years and in the title business for 20.  He knows virtually every aspect of the business inside and out.  Jay enjoys dealing with customers and clients and especially enjoys closing transactions for people.  Jay also has tremendous experience in handling IRS Section 1031 exchanges—the more complicated they are, the more he likes them.

	History: Janice joined Northern Title in May 2003 as an Escrow Officer after being involved with banking for 20 years.  She enjoys meeting new people and helping them with their financial needs.  Helping people enjoy their title experience is one of her priorities.  Spending time in her yard after work and helping her husband on their farm/cattle ranch on the weekend is her favorite way to relax.

	History:  Carol Deene joined Northern Title in August 2002 after working in the banking business for twelve years.  She does all the indexing for Franklin, Bear Lake, and Oneida Counties as well as the escrow funding and recording.  Carol Deene lives with her husband, Earl, in Treasureton.  They have twin daughters, Bridget and Brenda, and a son, Brandon.  She is also the proud grandmother of ten grandchildren.

	History:  Monique has worked in the mortgage loan servicing field since 1995. She assisted in opening the Preston office of Northern Title Company of Idaho in June of 2000. Whenever there is a question about title work, Monique is the one to go to for answers.  She oversees the policies and makes sure everything is correct.  Monique lives in Preston with her husband and two daughters.
