	History:  Shortly after graduating from Utah State University with a degree in Accounting, Paul joined Northern Title.  That was over twenty years ago and during that time he has been involved in virtually every aspect of Northern Title's business.  Paul's present duties are varied, but he spends the majority of his time working in title production.  Paul has a great sense of humor and especially likes the customers and employees he has the opportunity to work with.  If you have any questions, Paul is available anytime.  Just call him on his cell phone and he would be glad to talk to you.

	History: Jay is the anchor at Northern Title.  He’s been in the real estate business for 22 years and in the title business for 20.  He knows virtually every aspect of the business inside and out.  Jay enjoys dealing with customers and clients and especially enjoys closing transactions for people.  Jay also has tremendous experience in handling IRS Section 1031 exchanges—the more complicated they are, the more he likes them.

	Name: Wendy Ruffi

	History: Wendy recently joined Northern Title as Manager of the Malad office.  Originally from Cedar City , Utah , she spent the past 25 years in the Salt Lake City area.  She moved to Malad in 2000 to be with her new husband Nathan, but continued to work out of Salt Lake until joining Northern Title in January of 2005.   She has an extensive background in Sales and Program Management.  Wendy is very detail oriented and considers customer service, reliability, and satisfaction to be the most important elements of her job.  Outside of work, Wendy enjoys raising a small herd of beef cattle with her husband, boating, fishing, hunting, hiking, and all the other wonderful outdoor activities that Idaho has to offer.   She loves living in Malad and looks forward to servicing and working with the people in her home town and surrounding area.

	History:  Polly joined Northern Title's Malad team in June 2006.  she has a degree in Computer Programming and Accounting.  She enjoys working at Northern Title as an Escrow/ Title Agent.  Previous to her family moving to Malad in December 2005, she and her husband owned a hardware store in Kamas, UT which they sold to buy a ranch just northwest of Malad.  Polly stays busy in her free time by chasing cows and her two teenagers around.  She also enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting, hiking, and riding horses on the ranch.

	Name:  Mary Jo Davis

	History:  Mary Jo Davis joined Northern Title Company in September 2005.  She covers the front desk and is our receptionist.  she also handles recording and various Title Assistant duties.  Mary Jo grew up on a ranch in western Montana but has also called Malad home for the past 10 years.  she has served in various organizations in the Malad Community over the years, and enjoys working with the public, meeting new people, and learning new things.  Her outside interests include sewing, scrapbooking, spending time with her husband and three daughters, and helping out on the family ranch.  In her free time you will find her on the bleachers at various ball games or rodeo arenas supporting her girls.
