	History: David joined Northern Title in October, 2000 as an Escrow Officer and to help with Section 1031 Exchanges.  David is now employed as our Escrow Manager.  He’s been involved in the real estate industry in Cache Valley for five years.  He has a well rounded background in the mortgage business and understands the needs and concerns of people who are buying and selling real estate.  Outside of work, David enjoys the outdoors and sports.  He grew up in Montana and still spends as much time as possible backpacking, hiking and playing basketball.  He also spends a lot of time with his wife, Channah, and his five children. Dave graduated from Utah State University in 1994 with a degree in Finance.

	History: Marilyn joined Northern Title in January of 2003 after being in the banking industry for 20 years.  She is working in the escrow department packaging the loans to the lenders, funding and disbursing the loans, and ordering loan payoffs.  She is enjoying working a different aspect of the loan process.  Marilyn enjoys working with people and likes to help them gain knowledge and feel comfortable during the home financing process.  She understands that it can be stressful because it is probably the biggest financial investment most people make. Marilyn has lived in the Logan area for 17 years and loves it.  This year she also became a grandma and is looking forward to that whole “spoiling experience”.
