	History:  Shortly after graduating from Utah State University with a degree in Accounting, Paul joined Northern Title.  That was over twenty years ago and during that time he has been involved in virtually every aspect of Northern Title's business.  Paul's present duties are varied, but he spends the majority of his time working in title production.  Paul has a great sense of humor and especially likes the customers and employees he has the opportunity to work with.  If you have any questions, Paul is available anytime.  Just call him on his cell phone and he would be glad to talk to you.

	History: Jay is the anchor at Northern Title.  He’s been in the real estate business for 22 years and in the title business for 20.  He knows virtually every aspect of the business inside and out.  Jay enjoys dealing with customers and clients and especially enjoys closing transactions for people.  Jay also has tremendous experience in handling IRS Section 1031 exchanges—the more complicated they are, the more he likes them.

	History:  Doak has  worked in the real estate field for the last 15 years and lived throughout  the western United States. Doak joined Northern Title in April of 2000. "It has been a great challenge opening the Preston office and watching it grow." Doak does both Title and Escrow work. "Sitting down to a closing with a first time home buyer is by far the most rewarding aspect of my duties!"

	History: Shawn Joined the Northern Title staff as an escrow officer in our Logan Office. He then  moved to Evanston in the Spring of 2005 to help open the new office there. Shawn is available anytime to answer any questions you may have. In his spare time he enjoys snowmobiling, camping, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.

	History:  Nate is a native of Evanston and joined the Northern Title team in the Summer of 2006.  His passions include art, sports, camping, and, most important, his wife and their 5 children.  Nate graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Spanish Business.  His duties include researching titles, typing up title commitments, and maintaining the company website.

	History:  Ora Lee joined the Northern Title team in March of 2007.  She enjoys helping people  and answering their escrow questions.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 4 children.  She also enjoys camping, hunting, and bowling.

	Name:  Sherydon Stuart

	History:  Sherydon came to Northern Title in February of 2007.  She grew up in Bancroft, ID where she learned to love camping, hunting, fishing, riding horses and playing sports.  In 2006 she got married and moved to Randolph, UT.  Sherydon and her husband run a horse and cattle ranch in Randolph but she has a license to do nails so she enjoys doing that on the weekends.
